CHIP CHUIPKA

Chip studied performance, directing, and design, under the guidance of long time Peter Brook collaborator, Henry Woolf, at the University of Saskatchewan. Soon after, Mr Chuipka co-founded three theatre companies: Shakespeare on the Saskatchewan and The Saskatoon Soaps. He also co-founded and produced The Ottawa Shakespeare Festival for three seasons. Chip has been teaching the craft of acting for nearly three decades.  He was nominated three times for the Canadian Screen Actors’ Award and is a recipient of the Mask Award, two MECCA Awards for best actor, and a META award for best supporting actor Chip has appeared in numerous stage productions, coast to coast, including:
