Since graduating from Concordia University's Theatre Specialization in Performance program, Dean Fleming has worked in over seventy-five film, television and theatre productions. He is presently the Artistic Director of Geordie Productions, a company with a rich 25 year history of producing beautiful theatre for Young Audiences. Besides working as an actor in these mediums Dean has also directed many productions in some of Montreal most prestigious theatres including One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest at Place des Arts, Woody Allan's Play it Again, Sam at the Saidye Bronfman Center, and five seasons of Tricycle productions theatre for young audience tours.
Dean's film and television credits include Euzhan Palcy's The Killing Yard, P.T Barnum which starred Beau Bridges, Benedicte Ronford's Kathryn's Place, and Bonnano: A Godfather's Story.
Dean has had the honor of working brieflly, at a Canadian Master class workshop for Directors, with among others, world-renowned theatre and film director, Peter Brook, actor and director Yoshii Oida, and Polly Teale of Shared Experience in London.
He has also worked as a voice talent in many animation and documentary programs such as Caillou, Arthur, and the astonishing documentary series Rainmakers produced by Adobe Productions. He asks that everyone please support the theatre as it is extremely important.
